In the redundant triangular corner space at the back of a garden behind a swimming pool a timber cabin is squeezed in, the elevation belying the shape of the plot, which is only revealed in the interior. Outside is clad in wany edged oak weatherboarding to harmonise with the rustic accessorising around the swimming pool, whilst internally a precise lining of oiled softwood boards reveals the unusual shape of the site. The homogeneity of the interior finish lends an air of calmness to this tranquil retreat.
